Grievance Policy for Students with Disabilities
Students who experience a problem and/or feel unfairly treated should attempt to resolve the problem informally with the Counselor of Office of Accessibility. Concerns regarding a specific accommodation will be resolved with the involvement of the student and the appropriate instructor, Program Head, Academic Dean, Academic Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Student Success & Service Excellence. If a concern cannot be resolved to the student’s satisfaction, the student should utilize the Student Grievance process as outlined in the RCCC College Catalog/Student Handbook.
