A comprehensive articulation agreement is a statewide agreement governing the transfer of credits between NC community colleges and NC public universities and has as its objective the smooth transfer of students.

• Wingate University – Pathway to Wingate agreement is designed to give academically qualified students a seamless admissions process, high-quality academic advising, and affordable access to a baccalaureate degree program at Wingate University.

Greater Charlotte Consortium (GCC) – With Rowan-Cabarrus Community College being your home institution, the GCC allows students to take a class at another institution on the rare occasion when the class is not offered at our college.
