Forgot Your Password?

Blackboard, Email and WebAdvisor

1. Go to the password reset page.
2. Enter your username (user ID), your current password, your new password and re-type your new password again, then select the Submit button.
3. Use your username (user ID) and new password to login to Blackboard and WebAdvisor. Use your Rowan-Cabarrus email address and new password to login to your email.

If you find that you are not able to login, and you are certain that you are entering the right username and password, submit a ticket or call the IS Help Desk (704-216-7200) for assistance.
