Circulation Services Desk

The Circulation Services Desk assists library patrons with the location and circulation of library materials. Functions include borrowing materials and technology, collection of fines and other charges, re-shelving of library materials, and maintaining order in shelving areas. Circulation Services also assists patrons with general questions about the Library. Circulation assistance can be accessed via the telephone, email, or chat.

The Circulation Services Desk can also assist you with your technology needs while in the Library. Functions include assistance with Email, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, Office Products, and other account issues, printing, lab bookings, laptop borrowing, wireless, accessibility, and general technology inquiries.

Tutoring Services Desk

The Tutoring Services Desk can provide assistance with specific details regarding hours, locations, and tutoring services available on your campus. Questions about tutoring assistance can be answered via telephone or email. Rowan-Cabarrus Community College currently provides enrolled students complementary and comprehensive tutoring in various subjects. Tutoring is available on all campuses and is provided by professional and peer tutors.
