Maintaining an Active Record

Maintaining an Active Record is an important part of a student’s academic record and will allow the College to keep updated information on its students. This includes maintaining a student’s catalog year as that must be updated whenever a student breaks continuous enrollment. As part of this process, a student’s record will be made inactive if they do not enroll for two consecutive terms (summer is not included in this evaluation). If a student’s record is made inactive as a result of this process, the student will need to reapply for admission in order to enroll for classes. At this time, the student’s catalog year will be updated based off the semester the student returns.
