About the Minority Student Leadership Academy (MSLA)

Our Mission

Support the educational and professional aspirations of minority students enrolled at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.

Program Background

The Leadership Program was first introduced at Rowan- Cabarrus in August 2008 with a focus on minority male students. Since then, the leadership program has expanded to include all students.

Students are given the opportunity to explore campus and community resources for personal and professional development.
