How to Earn Your North Carolina Career Readiness Certification

Earning your CRC is as easy as one, two, three!

Step 1

R3 Career Specialist – Work with a R3 Career Specialist to assess your current skills and develop a training plan to develop the skills you lack and hone the skills you already possess. Please call 704-216-7201 or email r3@rccc.edu for more information.

Step 2

Follow Your Training Plan – The R3 Career Specialist will set up a hybrid program for you to practice. Scholarships may be available to cover tuition and fees.

Step 3

WorkKeys Tests – Once you have completed your training and feel you are ready to take the WorkKeys tests, return to an employability lab for scheduling.
