The WorkKeys tests are meant to measure an individual’s skill level in each of the three skill areas: reading for information, applied mathematics and locating information. The WorkKeys tests are not aptitude tests; they are achievement tests. This means that the WorkKeys tests are teachable — meaning that you can learn the skills to perform better on the tests.
