North Campus
Rooftop Solar Project
Installation is underway at North Campus on the rooftop solar array. Shown below are the panels installed on N102 over the Automotive bays. When complete, Buildings N101, N102 and N103 will have solar panels capable of generating up to 500 KW of electricity. In the background can be seen the panels on N105 and N106.
The panel layouts are designed to ensure both clearance from the wall-protection system located 6’ 0” inside the perimeter of the roof and clearance from rooftop equipment and vents for maintenance.
N102 HVAC Upgrades Project
Construction has started in Building N102 for the HVAC upgrades including replacement of the air handler and new ductwork. This project also replaces the west wing ceiling higher than the original ceiling to provide a more open feel in the corridor. Shown below is the west wing corridor with the ceiling tiles removed.
