North Campus
N101 Roof Replacement
Replacement of the N101 roof is nearing completion at North Campus. Once this project is complete, N101 will be ready for the final installation of the rooftop solar array. As part of this project, a new rooftop penthouse was constructed for the future HVAC ductwork when that project begins this summer.
N102 HVAC Upgrades Project
Construction is complete on the Building N102 HVAC upgrades including replacement of the air handler and new ductwork. Shown below is the west wing corridor with the new ceiling and LED lighting.
South Campus
2000 Welding Lab Project
Construction has started on the remodel of the former Motorsports space in 2000 for the new Welding Program lab at South Campus. Construction is scheduled to be complete for fall classes to begin in the new space.
