Facilities Operations & Maintenance

The mission of Facilities Operations and Maintenance is to provide world-class facilities and grounds that ensure all Rowan-Cabarrus students, faculty and staff have a safe and secure positive learning and work environment.

Our services include:

• Building and grounds maintenance
• Housekeeping and janitorial
• Day to day operational support
• Small project support
• Solar energy management
• Recycling
• Locks & Keys

Facilities Operations and Maintenance Technicians have a varied background and multiple years of training in many disciplines in order to support the requirements to keep our campuses operational. Many are currently enrolled in continuing education training to help serve you better.

All Facilities requests should be entered into Asset Essentials for a faster response. If you need assistance using Asset Essentials, please contact our system administrator Chris White (chris.white@rccc.edu) or myself for assistance.
